Due to an intersting quirk of Internet Explorer Versions 8 & 9, the little icons next to each Registration Field which are supposed to give you tips as to how to complete each box - don't! (i.e. the tips don't display). There isn't unfortunately a way for us to fix this problem at present and we're kind of in the hands of Microsoft and others to get their respective compatibilities in order.

So, in lieu of that happening, here is a PDF file you can print or have open at the same time as your browser window which gives you all the information you would have seen using an alternative browser.
